关于账户转移/合并的问题

[C9] Notice - Regarding issues with account transfer/merge
Our portal website merge of Webzen.com / gPotato.com / gPotato.eu has been completed. However, due to unexpected problems, some of our players have not been able to transfer/merge their accounts. We are aware of these issues and would like to apologize any inconveniences. While we are working on better solutions, we understand that you would like to be able to rejoin C9 as soon as possible. Hence, we are going to receive feedbacks through a feedback form to deal with any issues regarding transferring/merging accounts.
If you have tried all the possible solution to transfer/merge your account you could think of, but the issue still persists, please send us a manual request on the link : Click
** Even if you have sent us the same request through email before, please fill out the form again.
** List of transferred account will be announced by IGN you have written in the form to protect your personal information.
Also, please note that your account transfer request may not be able to be completed due to duplicate UserID or email address. We may ask again several times if the information you gave us is insufficient, so please make sure try to fill in all the details as much as possible for faster process.
Note - DO NOT post your personal info on the forum. (e.g. UserID, email address etc.)
